Flying the friendly sky...

Something I realized during my trip to Asia,... flying economy can be fun and pleasant... as long as you are not on an US-owned airline. Case in point, Thai Air (Thai Airways)... after you've settled into your "cheap" seat at say...34F, you are pleasently greeting by a very attentive flight attendent. Shortly after that, you are then presented with an beautiful orchid (or Gluay Mhai in Thai), a flower Thailand is famous for.
So, do the flight attendents actually love their job as they would lead you to believe? I don't know, but unlike many US-owned airlines ... they surely don't show you, the customers, if they are having a bad day, or annoyed by your presence, or simply don't like to get to work.
